Beautiful vintage handcrafted copper relief wall plaque with floral pattern.

The raised 3D effect is characteristic of hammered or chiseled copper relief. In this process, the metal is worked from the reverse side to create the raised design (repoussé) and sometimes detailed from the front (chasing).
