Set of 4 lovely 'Iris' blue side plates from Wood's Ware, so often used in Church halls, at fetes and hospitals in the 1940s, 50s and 60s. A utility china, strong and durable. Item sizes, back stamps and colours may have minor variations that occurred during their original manufacture. Shapes and colour tones altered over the years too. For example, Wood’s Ware Iris varies greatly in its blue hues and come in a regular blue and an aqua blue. Wherever possible we endeavour to match items together but some variation may occur.
